4. You will be responsible for others.
5. You will be given near impossible tasks.
6. You will be criticized, rejected and resisted.
7. Your motives will be questioned.
8. You will have to work at conflict resolution skills.
It is easier to be the critic. More powerful, more hopeful and more shaping in the person willing to lead. Which do you want?
