What do you do when your church struggles? How do you lead in those seasons and times? Of course analyzing would be important. However, the most significant “to do” of the leader is to intensify time with other leaders. Move closer to invest and bless, not further away. If the key factor is leadership (not just yours but others) then investing in leaders in tough times can encourage their hearts, renew their passions and MULTIPLY your impact. The key in those seasons is not the sermon (though it is important), but the people. Pour into your key people and schedule time with those who have leadership potential. Blessing and investing will always multiply the move of God that is in the senior leader.
